Privacy policy

Last updated: October 19, 2026

This policy covers Ktarget App ("the app"), an internal tool run by Ktarget ("we", "us"). Only authorized Ktarget staff use the app, with Google accounts and advertising accounts that Ktarget owns or manages.

Google data we access

How we use it

We use this data only to run and report on Ktarget's own advertising: building performance reports, researching keywords, planning and managing campaigns, and keeping internal spreadsheets current. We don't use Google user data for advertising to the user, and we don't use it to build user profiles.

Sharing

We don't sell Google user data, and we don't share it with third parties. The only exceptions are service providers that host the app for us (for example, cloud hosting and database providers) and cases where the law requires disclosure. People don't read the data unless it's needed for security, legal compliance or operating the app, or unless the account owner has agreed.

Ktarget App's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Storage, security and retention

Reports and records the app creates are stored in Ktarget's private systems. Access is limited to authorized staff, and data is encrypted in transit. We keep data only as long as we need it for the purposes above, and then we delete it.

Removing access and deleting data

You can remove the app's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. To ask us to delete data the app has stored, email [email protected].

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
